WARE is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.  

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cycle counts
  • Perform bi-yearly service truck inventory counts
  • Investigates and reconciles inventory and reports
  • Perform warehouse reports & audits
  • Prepare and process customer returns and warranty claims
  • Assists with shipping and receiving, multiple locations as needed
  • Drive and operate forklift
  • Purchase inventory and material needed for job and sales orders
  • Maintain safe and efficient shipping area and dock.
  • Keep work area orderly and clean
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as requested
  • Overtime as necessary
Physical/Sensory Requirements
  1. Ability to drive a forklift
  2. Ability to lift up to 65 pounds, without assistance or restriction
  3. Ability to carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
  4. Manual dexterity required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel inventory, with ability to also use a keyboard and calculator
  5. Frequently required to stand for long stretches of time, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  6. Specific vision abilities require close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 2+ years shipping/receiving warehouse experience
  • Self-Starter
  • Forklift experience
  • Experience with purchasing
  • Experience in inventory control
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Superb customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect proven ability to multi-task and own the details
  • Flexible, with ability to pivot and handle changing priorities
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Technologically inclined, adaptable to new software and programs
  • Excellent time-management skills
Details: 
  • Full time, hourly position, $18-$24/hr
