MEET THE FLEET
WARE has one of the largest rental boiler fleets in the US. In fact, we have the largest fire tube boiler fleet in the United States. That means we can respond to any emergency with the right boiler for the job. It also means that when you have a planned outage, you have plenty of options. So you can get the right replacement boiler to fill in while your main boiler is offline, no matter what capacity you normally run.
TRAILER-MOUNTED BOILERS are the big boys in our fleet, boasting the highest horsepower and the most pounds per hour. They don’t require any loading or unloading, either. They simply roll up on their own trailer. All you have to do is connect the utility, feedwater, and steam lines.
Trailer-mounted boilers are best suited for heavy industries that require a lot of steam, such as oil and gas production and refinement, power generation, industrial manufacturing, construction, and food production.
MOBILE BOILER ROOMS are, as the name suggests, everything you’d find in a boiler room in a mobile enclosure. They’re also about as close to plug-and-play as you’re going to get. Since everything arrives on-site in its own semi-trailer, all you have to do is connect the utility, makeup water, and steam lines and you’re ready to make steam.
You’ll see our mobile boiler rooms used in a variety of industries, including factories, hospitals, schools and universities, warehouses, office buildings, and even multi-family dwellings.
SKID-MOUNTED BOILERS are ideal for locations that don’t have a lot of space available, and only need a boiler. They arrive with everything you need, but in a smaller footprint. Since they’re mounted on skids, there is no trailer hardware to get in the way, either. Like our other rental boilers, simply hook up feedwater, utility, exhaust, and steam connections, and you’re back in business.
Industries that use skid-mounted boilers include mineral processing, chemical manufacturing, power generation, hospitals, schools, universities, manufacturing, and warehousing.
MOBILE HOT WATER BOILERS are smaller boilers that are ideal for applications that don’t need steam so much as they need clean, potable hot water. These units are set up for hydronic applications, as well. Need temporary hot water heating? We have the answer.

HOW MUCH DO YOU NEED?
Our boiler fleet is available in a variety of capacities: 50hp, 100hp, 150hp, 200hp, 250hp, 350hp, 650hp, 1,000hp, and 82,500 lbs/hr. This allows us to get our customers the steam they need to keep business moving, no matter how much business they’re doing. But we also have smaller and larger boilers available, as well. WARE can provide rental boilers as small as 12hp electric, or as big as 100,000 lbs/hr on a trailer.
